• Hourly Rate: $18.50
• Schedule: 9:30AM - 6:00PM
• 1 work from home day per week after training!

Position Purpose:
This role is designed to support that transition, ensuring adoption and effective use of the new system across more than 30 Operating Companies (OpCos), sales teams, and customer groups.


Telephone availability and inbound customer call handling are essential functions of this position. The Customer Service Representative is expected to report to work as scheduled, remain available and actively working during scheduled hours, and participate in assigned telephone coverage. Employees are expected to accept and manage inbound customer telephone calls when assigned to phone coverage and to maintain the level of telephone availability necessary to support department staffing and customer service requirements.

• Perform the essential functions of the Customer Service Representative position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Remain available and actively working throughout scheduled work hours, except for authorized breaks, meals, approved time away, or other authorized activities.
• Maintain the level of telephone availability necessary to support department staffing and customer service requirements.
• Accept and manage inbound customer telephone calls when assigned to phone coverage.
• Participate in the Customer Service telephone queue or assigned phone coverage as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of the new ordering platform by engaging directly with customers, Sales teams, and OpCos.
• Utilize reporting tools to identify usage gaps, track engagement, and analyze trends.
• Execute follow-up actions to close usage gaps, including direct outreach and support.
• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to customers and sales representatives on how to navigate and effectively use the new platform.
• Investigate and understand the reasons behind non-usage or low adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers.
• Communicate feedback from users to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement of the platform and process.

Essential Functions:

• Handling inbound customer telephone calls is an essential function of this position.
• Customer Service Representatives are collectively responsible for providing telephone coverage throughout operating hours. When assigned to phone coverage, employees are expected to remain available for and accept customer calls.
• Employees may perform other assigned Customer Service duties when directed or when those duties are consistent with the department's established work plan and do not interfere with required telephone coverage.
• Employees are expected to follow established schedules, attendance requirements, phone assignments, break schedules, and management direction.
• Employees are expected to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodation requests will be handled through the Company's Human Resources accommodation process.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply/divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
• Ability to perform detailed data entry work accurately and efficiently within deadlines.
• Intermediate computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to type proficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a high volume call center environment


• Must be able to complete typing test with a score of 40 WPM or better

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual is a plus


• AS400 experience is a plus


• DCMS experience is a plus

• Data entry experience is a plus
