Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service and manage workflow accurately
• Analyze and process data, research missing information, and maintain compliance
• Process and match live checks with reports; verify packages for error-free delivery
• Follow detailed procedures and meet daily deadlines
• Duties may include Payments, Refunds, Procurement, Funds Management, Tax and Flood Search, Data Integrity, and Mail Correspondence

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (college preferred)
• 1+ years' experience or relevant education
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail; deadline driven
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and adapt to workflow changes
• Team player, eager to learn and grow
