Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Warwick, RI. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries by phone, email, and in person regarding cabinet options, orders, and quotes. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer records, coordinating with sales, design, and operations teams, and providing status updates to ensure clear communication. The role also involves handling complaints or issues professionally, resolving problems promptly, and escalating complex cases when needed. The Customer Service Representative will contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining product knowledge, providing accurate information, and supporting a smooth end-to-end service process. Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Support. Experience enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction. Background working as or with Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Comfort using CRM or order management systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets). Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a calm, patient, and solutions-oriented approach. Ability to work on-site in Warwick, RI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in home improvement, cabinetry, interiors, or a related customer-facing role is a plus.
