Interim Senior Accountant
LBMC Staffing Solutions, LLC
Our real estate client has an immediate need for accounting support as the company works through a backlog and strengthens its accounting processes.
Experience with Timberline, Yardi, or similar accounting systems would be beneficial. Construction or real estate experience is preferred. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Processing accounts payable
- Preparing construction draws
- Managing incoming mail
- Billing invoices
- General ledger accounting
- Account reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Month-end close
- Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
- Establishing and improving accounting processes
Work Arrangement: Daily Onsite - West End Nashville
Duration: 90 days - could go permanent
