Machine Operator
A leading manufacturing organization in the Park 100, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Park 100)
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 3:50PM to 4:00AM on a rotating 2/2/3 - 12 hr shifts; 3:50AM to 4:00PM on a rotating 2/2/3 - 12 hr shifts
What's the Job?
- Operate various machine within the manufacturing facility
- Use tape measures for quality checks to ensure product standards
- Handle heavy boxes off the production line safely and efficiently
- Utilize sit-down forklift to supply materials and move finished products
What's Needed?
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Some sit-down forklift experience is required for utility roles
- Ability to work in a loud, dusty environment with heavy-duty equipment
- Comfort with taking heavy boxes off the line and performing quality checks
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
