ISC E2E Engineering Delivery Leader

Becton Dickinson seeks an ISC E2E Engineering Delivery Leader to oversee end-to-end project execution for new product introductions and major capital investments from concept through manufacturing validation. The role requires leading cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and driving projects to successful operational handoff.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end project execution spanning design transfer, equipment procurement, installation, qualification, and validation
• Lead cross-functional ISC engineering teams to deliver projects on cost, schedule, scope, quality, regulatory, and safety commitments
• Serve as single point of contact and accountability for business units on industrialization activities
• Ensure manufacturing sites achieve full readiness, including equipment validation, training, documentation, and operational handoff
• Champion design for manufacturability and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce execution risk and accelerate time-to-market

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in engineering, program management, product development, or manufacturing operations
• Proven track record leading large-scale NPI and capital investment projects
• Demonstrated ability to indirectly lead teams of technical professionals
• Deep knowledge of product development, equipment design, validation, and manufacturing operations
• Executive presence with ability to influence and drive cross-stakeholder alignment
• Experience in medical technology, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries (preferred)
