Event Coordinator

Motion Recruitment is currently hiring for an Experiential Marketing Events Administrator! We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support a global Experiential Marketing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about events, logistics, and creating memorable experiences while supporting high-visibility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support event operations, team coordination, and project tracking Manage vendor workflows, contracts, payments, and documentation Maintain team resources, playbooks, trackers, and operational processes Coordinate calendars, meetings, and planning activities Support branded merchandise, inventory, and swag operations Assist with event logistics and cross-functional collaboration Learn and utilize tools including Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro, and event platforms Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, marketing operations, or project coordination Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Professional communication style with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) FlexWork environment with onsite requirements at HQ Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel (up to 25%) #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment
