Videographer/Editor Contractor - 1099 Tampa, FL, US Salary Range: $47,496.00 To $47,496.00 Annually 1. PURPOSE This Statement of Work establishes the scope and expectations governing the engagement of an independent contractor to provide production leadership and media execution services in support of Tipnes Media's content strategy and demand generation goals. The Contractor will be responsible for delivering video production, post-production direction, creative asset development, and ongoing process improvement aligned with the organization's media objectives. 2. ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVE The primary objective of this engagement is to ensure the consistent and efficient production of high-quality media assets that reflect the Tipnes Media brand standard. The Contractor is expected to contribute meaningfully to the development of scalable production workflows while maintaining a level of creative and technical excellence that supports the company's broader content and growth initiatives. 3. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor will be responsible for, though not limited to, the following areas of work: A. Video Production Services The Contractor will lead on-site video capture during scheduled production sessions, managing all technical aspects of the recording environment, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio execution, to ensure consistent production quality throughout each session. B. Post-Production Direction The Contractor will perform senior-level video editing and establish editorial standards that ensure visual consistency across all deliverables. This includes reviewing and providing guidance on editing contributions from any additional production collaborators engaged by Tipnes Media, and ensuring all final assets meet the agreed-upon creative standards. C. Content Extraction & Asset Development Source recordings will be converted into production-ready assets across a variety of formats, including long-form content, short-form clips, multiple hook variations, carousel source material, LinkedIn-ready assets, and both promotional and archival content. D. Storytelling & Engagement Optimization The Contractor will apply industry-recognized editing and production techniques to strengthen viewer retention, narrative clarity, audience engagement, and brand positioning. Recommendations for improving overall media performance will be provided on an ongoing basis. E. Production Process Improvement The Contractor is expected to proactively identify and recommend improvements across production efficiency, editing workflows, asset utilization, and emerging methodologies , including AI-assisted production opportunities where applicable. F. Equipment & Studio Stewardship When utilizing company-provided equipment, the Contractor is expected to exercise reasonable care of all cameras, lighting, audio, and studio assets. Any maintenance needs or technical concerns should be communicated promptly to the appropriate company representatives to ensure continued production readiness. G. External Production Support Upon approval by Tipnes Media, the Contractor may recommend and coordinate freelance production support or external specialists for specific project requirements. The Contractor will also assist in integrating external collaborators into existing production workflows as needed. Note: This engagement does not include supervisory authority over Tipnes Media employees. 4. DELIVERABLES Deliverables will be defined in accordance with the requirements of each production cycle and may include: master footage, edited media assets, short-form content packages, production-ready content libraries, extraction recommendations, and process improvement proposals. Specific volume targets will be established separately and may be adjusted periodically based on operational needs. 5. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS The Contractor's performance will be assessed against the following criteria: production quality, timeliness of deliverables, overall efficiency, consistency of output, content utilization, and responsiveness to feedback and collaboration. No fixed work schedule is required; the Contractor retains flexibility in how and when services are rendered, provided deliverables are met. 6. COLLABORATION The Contractor will work in close coordination with designated Tipnes Media stakeholders, including the Director, Content Strategist, Monetization Architect, and relevant distribution collaborators. Final approval authority over all deliverables remains with the Company. 7. TOOLS & WORK METHODS The Contractor retains discretion over the tools and methodologies used to fulfill this engagement, provided they remain compatible with company systems when required. The use of AI-assisted workflows is both permitted and encouraged where it enhances production quality or efficiency.
