Sr HR Generalist

Senior Human Resources Generalist – Palmetto, FL In this role, you will influence leaders to drive transformational initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development/effectiveness. You will report directly to the Sr. HR Director for the East Region and work out of our Palmetto, FL location. Key Responsibilities Serve as an HR partner to the site, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business objectives and operational performance. Drive HR excellence across the direct and matrixed team, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and support to the organization. Collaborate closely with operations leaders to support a safe, productive manufacturing environment through effective staffing, attendance management, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive a positive employee experience by managing employee relations matters, supporting engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor requirements, and fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and workplace respect. Develop and deploy a talent strategy, bringing a holistic talent view to implement solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development. Maintain standard work practices and apply a continuous‑improvement mindset to identify and implement simplification opportunities. Requirements 2+ years of experience in HR as a business partner or in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results as a senior HR leader within a global matrixed organization or manufacturing site. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to empower and motivate teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). Global experience in HR. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Passion for continuous learning and development. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
