Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner tractors and flatbed trailers.
• Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections, manage logs, bills of lading, and DOT paperwork.
• Secure cargo to FMCSA standards using chains, binders, and tarps; coordinate with dispatch and our 24/7 support staff.

Earn 80% of gross with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000 and access a lease-to-own path to ownership within one year.
