By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Servicesand for the people who work here.NTT DATAServices currently seeks aBusiness System Analysis Advisor-USto join our team in Madison, Wisconsin (US-WI), United States (US).Desired individual will work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.Interview subject matter experts, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and clarify requirementsFacilitate the design and development of product featuresSet clear expectations and deliver designs, requirements, and user stories on- timeHave 10+ Years of experience a Business Analysts.Healthcare Domain knowledge and vast experience in ASSURE productHands-on experience in soliciting requirements, document the Business Units' needs in a way that the technology teams can understand, work with the technology team to navigate the implementation of the solution, and lead the UAT effort (Validate solutions and implementation against requirement).Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.Act as a subject matter expert for development of user guides, release notes, and marketing and training materialsBasic understanding of information technology and business concepts.Define usability and user interface needs of system.Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsStrong Problem solving SkillsExperience in writing SQL queriesCommunicate key insights and findings to product teamBasic Requirements:10+ years Business Analyst Agile Experience5+ years Healthcare Domain ExperienceBachelors Degree or Equivalent combination of Education and ExperienceThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
