1st Shift Welder – Weekly Pay – Start ASAP

Location: Tea, SD

Pay: $24-28/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday 6:00am-3:30pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques(emphasis on MIG), a strong understanding of metal fabrication, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. This role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products and projects.

• Set up and weld parts using MIG welding
• Use hand tools such as grinders, air, and power tools
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards
• Maintain a clean work area
• Keep up with production demands while working safely

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or welding school preferred
• Minimum 1 year of welding experience(vocational school counts)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and prolonged standing

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of LENNOX, SD.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
