We're partnering with a growing and well-established organization in Arlington, TX that is looking to add an Accounts Assistant to its collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing customer invoicing from start to finish
• Posting and tracking incoming payments
• Following up professionally on outstanding balances
• Preparing and distributing account statements
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and office operations
• Working closely with leadership while handling sensitive information with discretion
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online, Excel, Outlook, and Word to support accounting and operational activities

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeping, or Administrative Accounting role
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent phone and client communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
