Accounting Assistant

We're partnering with a growing and well-established organization in Arlington, TX that is looking to add an Accounts Assistant to its collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing customer invoicing from start to finish
- Posting and tracking incoming payments
- Following up professionally on outstanding balances
- Preparing and distributing account statements
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Working closely with leadership while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Utilizing QuickBooks Online, Excel, Outlook, and Word to support accounting and operational activities
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeping, or Administrative Accounting role
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent phone and client communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
