Accounting Assistant

What You'll Be Doing: Managing customer invoicing from start to finish Posting and tracking incoming payments Following up professionally on outstanding balances Preparing and distributing account statements Supporting day-to-day administrative and office operations Working closely with leadership while handling sensitive information with discretion Utilizing QuickBooks Online, Excel, Outlook, and Word to support accounting and operational activities What We're Looking For: Experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeping, or Administrative Accounting role Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent phone and client communication skills High attention to detail and organizational abilities Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
