Service ManagerOne of the Philadelphia area's leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. This is a Non-Union Position.Essential Duties & Responsibilities :Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.Responsible for developing a budget and meeting revenue and gross margin targets.Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service TechniciansIdeally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department.
