Our mission statement definitely speaks to what La Clinica de Familia stands for, which is to empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health and educational service for people of all cultures Non-exempt up to $22.50 Job Summary: Receives incoming telephone calls for Administration obtains caller's name, and forwards call to appropriate person or takes a message. Greets visitors, clients, and applicants and directs them to the appropriate office. Provides information and assistance to clients, customers, and applicants. Answers general queries for the public. Maintains conference room schedule. Performs a variety of typing and other clerical duties. Receives and sorts incoming and outgoing mail. Core Competencies: Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees and department needs . Must be a self-initiating and adaptable with ability to communicate to a variety of staff members . Must present a professional image and have excellent phone etiquette . Must possess excellent oral communication skills . Must have high attention to detail. Must be an organized person .
