Future Opening: Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work with the Team to establish and meet marketing goals. Assist the agent in managing the agency website and social media content. Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day. Commit to staying current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education. Available to work the schedule 8:45 am–5:15 pm, Monday–Friday. Employment Status This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
