Program Analyst

Program AnalystSAIC is looking for an experienced Program Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational aspects of ongoing projects. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects. Serve as a liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management. Review project status, budgets, and schedules, and prepare regular status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Monitor project progress and support problem-solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and clients. Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being fulfilled. Support the definition and implementation of project planning techniques. Assist in developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual and project requirements. Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience.Experience:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow specific instructions and established policies and proceduresEagerness to learn industry practices and standardsStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, project leaders, and team membersA proactive, problem-solving mindsetMust be able to obtain/maintain active secret (Interim Secret required to start)SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
