Job Summary:

The Obstetrics Nursing Manager oversees clinical operations within the OB department, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff performance. This leadership role involves supervising nursing staff, managing resources, and collaborating with the leadership team to promote operational efficiency and quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Direct and supervise nursing staff to maintain optimal patient care standards.
  
  
• 
  Coordinate daily clinical operations within the OB department.
  
  
• 
  Facilitate staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with leadership to implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
  
  
• 
  Take bedside shifts as needed to support clinical team and patient care.
  
  
• 
  Manage resource allocation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current RN license in Colorado or a compact state.
  
  
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; minimum graduation from an accredited nursing school.
  
  
• 
  Leadership experience within the last two years.
  
  
• 
  At least three years of clinical experience in OB nursing.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability in people leadership and team management.
