Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in the Bay Area. The outpatient rehabilitation role involves providing therapy services to a diverse patient population, including adolescents through geriatrics, focusing on general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post-surgical recovery, falls, work-related injuries, and neurological concerns. The position offers a flexible schedule with either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts and includes a holiday rotation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/26/2026 and ending on 01/23/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy, WI state license, BLS certification, 0 years of progressive experience. Skills required include manual therapy, exercise, mechanical traction, lite gait training, patient education, and pain neuroscience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Vestibular training, dry needling certification, blood flow restriction therapy.
• Support on the Unit: Coordination with other physical therapists, onsite and remote supervision, scheduling support, interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists.
• Charting System: EPIC preferred.
• Equipment: Hand weights, TheraBand, resistance machines, aerobic equipment, bikes, new steps, treadmills.
• Float: Float to Michigan outpatient physical therapy clinics may be needed; advance notice of approximately 30 minutes will be provided.
• Orientation: 1-3 days based on candidate comfort.
• Holidays: 50% of holidays; clinic closed on holidays but open for evening and day after.
• Attire: Business casual.
• Parking: Free parking.
