Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $25-$28 /HR
Location: 2400 Huntington dr, Fairfield CA
M-F 7am - 3:30pm
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: This is a manufacturing facility. This job consists of walking, lifting, bending all day. Warehouse is a very warm inside. Candidate will be assisting another team. The more applicable experience they have, the more responsibilities they can be given. Resource's typical working day: Daily production meeting Respond to daily work orders Work through PM schedule - HVAC - Dock doors/plates - Fire extinguisher maintenance - Eye wash maintenance - Bathroom maintenance - Painting/patching - General maintenance
Licenses/Certifications: None required, forklift/aerial lift certification a plus HVAC certification a plus
Must Have Skills: Industrial maintenance experience Basic electrical experience
Nice to have skills: Commercial HVAC experience
Soft Skills: Good customer skills Good organizational skills Excellent time management
Years of Experience: 2-3 years of industrial experience
Education: H.S. diploma or GED, trade school is a plus
Software skills: Basic computer skills Email CMMS experience
Interview Process: 1st round virtual with H.M 2nd round virtual or on-site with Facility manager
