Med/Surg RN - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Location: South Carolina

Schedule: 4x12 hour shifts, nights, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (3x12s may be considered).

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Med/Surg RN, you will be responsible for managing patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Previous travel nurse experience is mandatory; first-timers are not accepted.
