Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on structural and fabricated steel components - 20-inch continuous welds
- Weld and fabricate metal structures and components using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques
- Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Use plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces to spec
- Solder or braze metal parts as needed
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication tools
- Support team goals and complete other duties as assigned
- Previous steel welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements.
- Proficiency with MIG welding; additional TIG or stick experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, or both
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 1st Shift 7:30am-3:30pm M - F
- Starting pay $22.00hr.
