Software Asset Management Analyst, a full-time position responsible for ensuring software license compliance, optimizing costs, and managing SAM tools and licensing databases. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain SAM tools and licensing databases, ensuring accurate software inventory Serve as the primary interface for software requests, reviewing submissions for compliance and advising stakeholders Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and reports while driving continuous improvements in SAM processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new SAM tools quickly Experience with software licensing models and vendor contract nuances Basic understanding of IT asset lifecycle and procurement processes
