Smurfit Westrock is seeking an Operations Manager for its Assembly/Contract Packaging facility to oversee production operations and drive efficiency and safety. The role includes planning workflows, coordinating with coordinators and departments, and ensuring training and documentation are maintained. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong reading comprehension of safety documents, and strong math/financial acumen.
