Recruitment Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Recruiting Team. This role involves scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.      

salary: $27 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews for various positions, including coordinating with interviewers and reserving rooms or virtual meeting setups.  
• Confirm start dates and support preboarding activities for new hires.  
• Assist recruiters with preparing offer letters and supporting the offer process.  
• Help candidates and recruiters with actions in the applicant tracking system (MCI), including applying, accepting offers, and onboarding steps.  
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support to candidates and hiring managers.  
• Follow company policies and support risk management efforts.  
• Support administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring.  
• Participate in process improvements and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:  

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• strong organizational and communication skills.  
• Experience with scheduling and supporting recruiting activities.  
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.  
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism.
