Human Resources Generalist

Overview Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of the company\'s human resources function. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the CFO, with the opportunity to shape and build out HR processes as the organization continues to grow. Base pay $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment , with a focus on manufacturing roles. Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions. Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations. Assist with compensation planning and bonus structuring to align with company goals. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree required . Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required). Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. Familiarity with payroll processes and compensation planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
