Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Float Pool supports staffing across multiple locations within the region. This role requires flexibility to float between various facilities. While a primary assignment will be prioritized for most of the contract, schedules may vary, including primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements. This position is ideal for candidates who are adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Experience/Education/Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Preferred: Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of labor experience, including:
  • Labor management
  • Delivery care
  • Fetal monitoring
  • Postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to specific testing requirements.
• Epic proficiency required.
• This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile. Must be able to travel for work assignments at multiple locations.
