Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our Corporate Accounting & Finance team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations while mentoring and developing team members, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and company policies. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to support a high‑performing team Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Prepare, review, and approve journal entries Support month‑end close activities in accordance with GAAP, including reconciliations Manage fixed assets and prepaid expenses Oversee Concur travel and expense reporting Supervise daily inventory reconciliations Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Partner with cross‑functional teams and support ad‑hoc projects as needed What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience 2+ years of supervisory or people‑management experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices Proficiency with QuickBooks Advanced Excel and strong overall computer skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities A demonstrated commitment to integrity, transparency, and confidentiality Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off 10 paid holidays per year This is an on‑site position based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. Work is performed in a dynamic setting that includes office, research laboratory, and medical device manufacturing environments. Remote work is not available for this role.
