**Remote QC Specialist – Dental Lab (Design & Preship)**

**About the Role**

Snap Dental Labs is seeking an experienced **QC Specialist** to ensure the highest quality standards in dental restorations. In this role, you'll perform both **Design QC** (before milling/printing) and **Preship QC** (before cases are shipped), serving as the final quality checkpoint.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review CAD designs using **exocad** and/or **3Shape**.
* Verify margins, occlusion, contacts, material selection, and design accuracy.
* Inspect finished restorations for shade, fit, aesthetics, surface quality, and overall craftsmanship.
* Provide clear, detailed feedback to designers and technicians.
* Approve cases for production or shipment, or return them for rework when necessary.

**Qualifications**

* 5+ years of dental laboratory experience (Crown & Bridge, All-Ceramics, or Implants).
* Proficiency in **exocad** and/or **3Shape**.
* Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic principles.
* Experience working with zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, and PFM.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong written and spoken English communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* CDT or equivalent certification.
* Previous QC Lead or Lead Technician experience.
* Implant restorative experience.
* Clinical background as a Dental Assistant, Hygienist, or Dentist is a plus.

**Compensation**

$2,250us - $2,500usd/Month
