Medication Technician - PRN

Medication Technician – Vitality Living Frederica Community At Vitality Living, we are dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members. As a Medication Technician, you will support residents by administering medication, maintaining records, and ensuring quality care. Responsibilities Assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed. Maintain residents' records daily promptly following company policy and procedure. Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room. Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances. Assist with the completion of medication cart audits. Provide direct resident care. and more Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Maintain any certification required by state or provincial regulations. Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
