Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking two compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their client's team in Wake Forest, North Carolina. This temporary assignment is focused on supporting a patient services team by managing support tickets, conducting callbacks, and resolving patient issues. The role is primarily ticket- and follow-up-driven, with minimal incoming calls. This position provides a critical point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience throughout the treatment journey.

Salary:

$20.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (flexible)
Duration:

2-3 months
Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, empathetic support to patients across phone, email, SMS, and chat.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey, including product education, therapy questions, and general troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compassion.
• Escalate complex therapy, device, or operational issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Accurately document interactions, cases, and outcomes in CX systems.
• Follow established CX processes, SOPs, and workflows while contributing ideas for improvement.
• Identify recurring issues or trends from patient interactions and share insights with leadership.
• Contribute to feedback loops that inform product improvements, content updates, and customer-facing communications.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Support, or a patient-facing service role.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or sleep-related support is a plus (but not required).
• Experience with a customer support platform/CRM database.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (flexible)
