On-Site Property & Community Manager

The Community Builders, Inc.

The Community Builders, Inc. seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations, budgeting, and on-site team performance. The role focuses on maximizing cash flow, maintaining the asset, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering superior resident service. This position requires five days a week in office. A BA/BS and 5+ years in residential property management (supervisory) are required, with COS/LIHTC/ARM/CPMC designations preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
