Position Summary Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Work you'll do As a Policy Strategy & Transformation Consultant on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting policy governance, coordination, and implementation efforts related to OCS, PSC, and VTM. Research and analyze statutes, executive orders, policies, directives, guidance, and operational requirements.Draft and coordinate policy documents, memoranda, briefings, talking points, read-aheads, and status updates.Support governance structures, stakeholder coordination, working groups, governance forums, data calls, and issue resolution.Track issues, risks, dependencies, action items, and policy decisions, and prepare summaries, recommendations, meeting materials, and decision-support products.Translate policy requirements into actionable guidance, assess impacts on operations and mission continuity, and identify policy gaps, operational risks, and vendor threats. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in policy analysis, OCS, PSC, VTM, contracting, acquisition, logistics, operations, or risk management in defense or federal environments2+ years of experience drafting policy documents, memoranda, briefings, talking points, read-aheads, or status updatesActive Secret clearanceProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to work on-site in Alexandria, Virginia 5 days per weekMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience supporting defense, federal, military, or national security organizationsExperience with OCS planning, PSC policy or oversight, VTM, contractor accountability, contingency operations, or commercial risk managementExperience preparing executive summaries, research briefs, presentations, data calls, or decision-support materialsExperience supporting policy governance, staffing, and coordination processesExperience using CATMS or comparable task management systems for action tracking, staffing, routing, and closureEducation, training, or experience in public policy, national security, acquisition, logistics, supply chain management, or contracting For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
