7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience\nExperience leading complex ServiceNow implementations and/or architecture decisions\nAdvanced JavaScript and Glide API expertise\nStrong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, platform security, and scoped applications\nStrong ServiceNow ITSM experience\nExperience with CMDB, HAM, and SAM\nHands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub\nExperience developing REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise system integrations\nKnowledge of MID Server concepts and platform automation\nExperience with business rules, script includes, UI actions, workflows, and custom applications\nAbility to lead solution architecture, platform governance, and technical delivery while remaining hands-on\nExperience with platform upgrades, release controls, troubleshooting, and technical standards\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nBachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS), particularly ITSM or another relevant module\nExperience with additional ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and ITOM\nGit experience\nAutomated Test Framework (ATF) experience\nServiceNow DevOps tool experience Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect for a top enterprise client. This individual will serve as a senior technical lead and platform architect responsible for the design, development, governance, and technical direction of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on ServiceNow engineering expertise with strong architectural judgment and will lead scalable solutions across ITSM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, integrations, automation, and future platform expansion.
