Inside Sales Rep

Design and sell cabinetry solutions using 2020 Design . Achieve sales and gross margin goals while building lasting customer relationships. Consult with customers and prepare accurate designs, estimates, and proposals. Manage cabinet projects from consultation through order completion. Conduct in-home and job-site measurements as needed. Develop new business with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and industry professionals. Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Maintain current knowledge of cabinetry products and design trends. What We're Looking For 2+ years of cabinet design, consultative sales, or related kitchen and bath experience. Proficiency with 2020 Design and preparing cabinet layouts, estimates, and quotes. Ability to read floor plans, measurements, and construction drawings. Strong sales, customer service, relationship-building, and closing skills. Ability to manage multiple customers and projects with accuracy. Experience with CRM software; Salesforce preferred. Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Why Join ALL Inc.?
