Business Analyst - Consultant

Job Duties

Analyze solutions for complex IT cloud application issues and provide plans and solutions. Develop specification plan for data application, business analysis. Work directly with clients to understand project needs and goals involving new cloud application development, application migration to the cloud, master data management implementation or remediation; test data management implementation; enterprise architecture framework development and cyber security framework development using inductive and deductive reasoning in analysis and possess proficiency with basic analysis techniques and tools to complete analysis. Drive requirements gathering sessions and prepare and deliver client presentations. Summarize and present results internally and externally to client audiences, including Big 4 consulting. Translate business requirements into business and technical solution designs and client business needs into technology needs, information system needs, data needs, and business processes. Facilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying organizational and technical gaps. Clearly document feedback and new requirements to the development team. Provide business support for analysis, designing, testing and implementing business process improvement initiatives. Create and execute system test plans. Provide training and support for clients on using the solution. Analyze complex issues and distill concepts to clients. Develop productive business relationships with internal team members through cooperation, courtesy, and professionalism, working in a team environment, working with global companies to build relationships and grow personal networks. Play an integral part in project delivery given tight constraints and uncompromising quality. Define and document business processes and requirements for ongoing system enhancement initiatives. Support data management, information technology flow, and data governance issues. Will use technologies like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Force CPQ, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Rest and SOAP APIs, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.

Work site: 1600 Utica Avenue South, Suite 650, St. Louis Park, MN 55416. Position is based out of and reports to Concord’s HQ in St. Louis Park, MN but allows for the option to telecommute from home anywhere in the U.S. and may be required to travel to and work from unanticipated client sites throughout US. Travel is anticipated to be up to 50% depending on work requirements. Concord requires all new hires to undergo background checks.

Minimum Education Required

Minimum Educ/Exp: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related discipline and two years of related work experience. The position requires two years of experience in the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Force CPQ, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Rest and SOAP APIs, designing and maintaining Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.

Minimum Experience Required
