Role summary / purpose
A UAS Crewmember Apprentice will be responsible for complying with applicable federal regulations while flying unmanned aerial systems. UAS Crewmember Apprentices will also act as visual observers and will be required to maintain proficiencies as required for the mission they are assigned to.
Key responsibilities
- Operate unmanned aerial systems in compliance with federal regulations
- Serve as a visual observer during UAS operations
- Maintain required proficiencies for assigned missions
Requirements - education & experience
- High school diploma or GED
- FAA Part 107 Commercial Remote Pilot in Command Certificate
- Valid driver's license
