This is not a transactional position focused on compliance, but a pivotal advisory function that directly contributes to client financial well-being and the firm's growth. We are not seeking someone merely to "do tasks." We are looking for an individual who "gets stuff done" and actively makes things happen as a direct result of their actions. If constant hand-holding is a requirement, this role is not suitable. In this role, you will ensure clients' financial well-being and compliance, optimize their tax positions, and empower them to make proactive financial decisions. This position is not about simply checking boxes; it is about driving tangible impact.

Office Location: In Office- Orem, Utah

Salary: $100,000 and up depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of tax preparation experience, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certifications: CPA designation preferred but not required. Enrolled Agent (EA) status is also considered a significant asset.
