Registered Nurse - Internal Medicine

Seeking a Registered Nurse for clinic-based triage in an internal medicine setting. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct nursing care aligned with policies, procedures, and protocols. Building effective relationships with patients and families to develop personalized care plans. Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, spiritual, and developmental factors in care strategies. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and communicating effectively to ensure holistic, ethical, and patient-centered care. Educating patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures. Mentoring colleagues and applying evidence-based practices to ensure quality care. Performing point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent. Current RN licensure in applicable states with BLS certification. No prior experience required. Physical ability to perform standing, walking, lifting, and other physical duties.
