We’re looking for a strategic and business-minded General Counsel to join our leadership team as the firm’s top legal advisor. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner directly with the CEO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors to guide critical decisions, protect the firm, and enable sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Advisory
- Partner with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board to provide legal, regulatory, and risk guidance
- Translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable business recommendations
Legal, Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Lead all legal, compliance, and risk management activities
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and professional standards
- Identify and mitigate risk across the organization
Contracts & Governance
- Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements (e.g., employment, vendor, NDAs)
- Establish and maintain policies that support strong governance and ethical operations
High-Impact & Sensitive Matters
- Manage legal issues, investigations, disputes, and regulatory inquiries
- Provide guidance on employment matters, partner issues, and conflict resolution
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with leaders and teams across the firm
- Communicate legal concepts in a clear, practical, business-oriented way
Growth & Innovation Support
- Advise on new services, partnerships, and investments
- Assess legal risks related to technology, data, and emerging areas (e.g., AI, cybersecurity)
