Contract Trial Attorney Personal Injury Litigation Full-Time, Long-Term Contract Position On-Site in West Palm Beach, Florida A well-established boutique law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation to join its team on a full-time contract basis. This assignment is expected to begin immediately and continue for several months. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters, is comfortable managing an active caseload, and can step in quickly to support a busy trial practice. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from litigation through trial Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions Conduct case evaluations and develop litigation strategies Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal filings Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for deposition and trial Attend trial calendars and assist with all phases of trial preparation Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation conferences Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Qualifications Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing Minimum 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience Prior trial experience strongly preferred Experience taking and defending depositions Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and communication skills Available to start immediately Position Details Full-time contract assignment On-site in West Palm Beach, Florida Immediate start Assignment expected to last several months Competitive hourly rate based on experience Qualified candidates with personal injury trial experience who are available to begin right away are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
