Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, growth-driven professional to lead industrial sales, estimating, and project management within our industrial sheet metal and construction company. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of experience managing complex projects, growing accounts, and driving new business in industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales, estimating, and project management efforts for industrial sheet metal and construction projects.
• Expand existing accounts horizontally using the full range of company services and resources.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in diverse industrial markets.
• Apply expertise in industrial sheet metal, structural steel, heavy-duty ductwork, shoots, hoppers, guarding, safety rails, civil and concrete work, millwright services, air pollution & dust collection systems, conveying systems, conveyors, and plant facility repairs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide agile and responsive project support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial sheet metal and construction sales, estimating, and project management.
• Proven success in business development and account growth.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Profit-driven with a focus on delivering projects with in budget and schedule.

Compensation:

Starting positions begins at $120,000 + per year ++, based on experience, test results, performance, total sales, and profit margins. This is a profit-driven role with significant earning potential tied to results.
