Looking for aDocument Control Specialist in Superior, WI or Duluth, MN locations. Join Our Client, a premier energy infrastructure company building the energy systems of tomorrow! We seek a pro with a related degree and 2-4 years in records management to oversee drawing control systems.

responsibilities:

• Guide internal and external stakeholders through the drawing management database while overseeing system access and control.

• Guarantee that process safety information and engineering drawings are complete, highly functional, and easily accessible for all Liquid Pipelines users.

• Resolve broken Hybrid Drawings by identifying and fixing CAD x-reference issues within Meridian to restore full usability for engineering and project execution.

• Create streamlined work processes, written communications, and user training materials to help teams obtain information in the most efficient and self-serve manner.

• Partner with project teams, engineering service providers, and vendors across Canadian operating areas to ensure strict alignment with drawing control procedures.
