Hybrid IT Technician II — Desktop & User Support
CU Denver
University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking an IT Technician II to provide desktop and laptop support across Windows and MacOS environments, manage printers and peripherals, and assist end users with technology questions in a collaboration-heavy healthcare education setting. The role includes onboarding/offboarding, Zendesk ticket management, and coordination with OIT.
