Float Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a Float Phlebotomist for hospital locations in Seattle and Ballard, Washington. The position involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, and providing patient services on a Monday-Friday schedule with alternating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and process billing information
- Provide superior customer service and support administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Washington State phlebotomy license (MA-P) or filed application at time of hire
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- 1 or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
Compensation: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour plus $2.00 per hour float differential and mileage reimbursement
