As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Specialist in Renton, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access awareness across the property. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also deliver outstanding customer service and communication while bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, and/or property concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support ongoing awareness of security-related activities at the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
