Full-Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (FLEXIBLE - Based upon Customer Needs) The Truly Nolen Outside Sales Inspector is a field sales role focused on residential and commercial pest control and termite services. Responsibilities combine prospecting, physical on-site inspections, and closing sales. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Core Responsibilities Property Inspections: Evaluate the interior and exterior of client properties, including attics and crawl spaces, to identify pest or termite activity. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build a customer base using pre-scheduled appointments, self-generated leads, referrals, and community networking. Proposals & Sales: Present tailored service proposals to clients, answer questions, explain processes, and close sales to meet performance goals. Relationship Management: Nurture ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions. Must have a valid TEXAS Driver’s license and good driving record.
