Automotive General Manager

Job Summary Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a highly talented General Manager to oversee all operations of our center. Responsibilities include risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration, along with rewarding and retaining a skilled workforce, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicle repairs meet Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures and industry standards. Responsibilities Oversee the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor current financial metrics and review previous month’s data to identify opportunities and trends. Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Protech’s SOPs, insurance partners, and industry guidelines. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or mobile business. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy. 21 years of age or older. Completion of all pre‑employment screenings, including background and MVR checks. Advanced understanding of estimates. Prior experience with OEMs. Knowledge of the repair process, procedures, and scanning. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Capacity to prioritize competing tasks and adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment. Personable, friendly customer‑service skills for interacting with internal and external customers. Physical ability to perform tasks requiring reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Benefits Industry‑comparable pay – paid weekly.
