Outpatient Program Safety Navigator (Trauma-Informed)

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. Weymouth OUTPATIENT PROGRAM seeks staff to support daily medication services in a fast-paced setting. You will greet clients, provide courteous customer service, and monitor safety with trauma-informed communication. Responsibilities include crowd control, safety surveillance in common areas and parking lots, and de-escalation with staff support as needed.
